Terms of Service.

Guests are 21 or over; so is every companion, each working by her own choice. Where age or conduct is in doubt we may decline or end a booking, on the lines printed below.

Companions are met with the courtesy they bring: respect, sobriety enough for good company, punctuality. Each may decline or conclude a meeting at her own judgement, and her decision is final.

A confirmed booking is final; cancelling is never free. Cancel by word in the thread you booked in; the reserved time is charged, a share of the fee. One to three hours, the clock running back from the start you agreed: over 48 hours out, no charge, a deposit paid becoming a credit, 12 months, one further booking, any companion here, not transferable, never paid out; none paid, nothing charged, a deposit asked next time. From 48 down to 24 hours: 50%. Under 24 hours, or a no-show: 100%. Any booking stamped inside a window sits in that window from the stamp, so a same-day booking is at 100% at once. At 50% or 100% the deposit is kept in whole and any shortfall invoiced, due in 14 days; what the cancellation spares the desk, a journey not made, comes off a 100% charge, the only sum owed.

One worked line. A three-hour evening at €540, deposit €270. Cancelled a week ahead: nothing more owed, the €270 on file as a 12-month credit. Cancelled at 30 hours: 50% is €270, covered by the deposit exactly. Cancelled at 10 hours, or nobody at the door: €540, the deposit kept and €270 invoiced.

A no-show: 30 minutes past the start you are not at the agreed address, or cannot be raised on your booking number; the address is wrong or cannot be entered; or she is sent back from the door on a ground not listed under 'When we cancel'. A cancellation at 100%: deposit kept, the remainder put on an invoice.

She may refuse a booking or close it on the spot: a guest visibly drunk or under the influence; abuse or threats; photographing or recording her; ID withheld when age is in doubt; a false name or address; unannounced extra people; any request that is not companionship. A cancellation by the guest at 100%: full fee payable, deposit kept.

No face is shown on this site: each is blurred, the companions' privacy kept as carefully as yours. No set is printed until the office has held it up against the companion herself, and the companion stamped in your thread is the one who comes, as the photographs show her: body, hair, styling, presentation. A blurred face cannot be matched on a doorstep, so 'she is not the woman from the pictures' is untestable and earns neither cancellation, nor refund, nor credit; send her away on it and it is filed as a no-show.

Dutch law governs these terms and each booking placed under them. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any protection under mandatory rules of law.

Text, photographs and design belong to the site's operators; profiles describe real companions honestly at the time of writing, and availability is only ever confirmed in the thread.
