Privacy Policy.

Bookings are arranged over WhatsApp, our main channel, or Telegram as the alternative. Both are third-party messaging services: what you exchange with us travels through their infrastructure and is handled under each app's own privacy policy, which we neither control nor supplement. On our side, conversations are used to arrange the booking at hand and then deleted in the ordinary course of work, not archived, exported or backed up.

We maintain no client database. There is no account to create and no profile that accumulates history. One exception is printed here in full: the thread where a booking was accepted together with the terms, and the payment record of any deposit, are held for exactly as long as the booking, a charge or credit that follows from it, a dispute and the bookkeeping the law asks of us require, and are deleted after that. No copy of anyone's ID is stored. If you delete a thread on your device, you are removing your copy; ours lasts exactly that long and no longer.

Your phone number is used to reply to you and for nothing else. We add nobody to lists, groups or broadcasts, and we never initiate contact after a booking has ended.

Message us from whichever app you trust further, delete threads whenever you wish, and raise any question about this policy in the same place you would book. A question about privacy is answered with the same speed as a question about availability, and then, in keeping with everything above, promptly forgotten.
