Four Amsterdam districts where an hour's notice is the working standard, plus Schiphol and three Randstad cities, where honest travel time stretches the wait to roughly two hours. Each page below reads like a concierge who owes you nothing: the character of the place, where the hotels actually stand, and how an evening there tends to unfold.
The short version, printed once. In the city: Amsterdam Centrum for the canal ring and Dam Square, the Jordaan for boutique quiet, De Pijp for market streets and terraces, Oud-Zuid for the museum quarter and the five-star belt.

Amsterdam is home turf with an hour's notice. The whole roster also travels across the Randstad and out to the airport, given a little more lead time.

Beyond the ring road.
Schiphol covers the airport hotels and the layover trade, timed against flight numbers rather than dinner reservations. Utrecht, Den Haag and Rotterdam each get a full page of their own, with real driving times and the districts worth knowing before you name a meeting point. Companions travel out from Amsterdam, so the two-hour figure is arithmetic, not caution, and when your evening is planned in advance the wait shrinks to almost nothing at all.

Wherever the pin drops, the mechanics never change. Choose from the roster, send one WhatsApp naming place and time, receive a confirmed quote from €180 per hour as itemised on the rates page, and open the door at the agreed minute. Whatever figure is stated in the thread is the whole figure, and no booking leaves a record behind in any of the eight areas. Notice times above are the working average, not a promise, and an evening arranged a day ahead almost always moves faster.
