A Night Out, No Trace by Morning.
Amsterdam after ten is a different city, and it is wasted on the solo traveller. The night out format gives you a companion for the moving version of the evening: a cocktail bar to start, music somewhere, a late table, the canals doing their black-mirror trick between stops. She dresses for the route and, usefully, knows one.
Nights out are priced per companion by length, quoted when you ask and confirmed on WhatsApp, above the one printed figure of from €180 per hour. Three or four hours makes a proper night of it; where it ends is entirely your affair, and appears on our books nowhere either way.

Section 02
Routes worth taking.
Start with cocktails in Amsterdam Centrum, where the serious bars hide behind unmarked doors that rather suit this agency's temperament. Move on to live music or a late kitchen in De Pijp, and if the night wants scale, the former shipyards of Amsterdam Noord keep their halls loud into the small hours.
Or hand her the routing entirely. Asking a companion to choose the third bar is how most good nights out actually happen, and she will also know which doors stop admitting after one and which kitchens still feed people at two, the small print of the city's nights.
Section 03
Weeknights and seasons.
The city's nights have seasons worth knowing. Summer stretches the evening with terrace hours and daylight that lingers past ten; winter compresses it into candlelit rooms and makes every bar feel like a secret. Weeknights are the connoisseur's choice, the same rooms at half the crowd, while Fridays and Saturdays bring the full voltage and the queues that go with it.
None of it changes the booking, only the route. Name the night you have and the mood you want, and the plan adjusts itself.
Section 04
Company that keeps the pace.
Molly is powered by house music and craft cocktails and is never the one who suggests going home. Jasmin will find the salsa floor in any city given ninety minutes, Stacy treats the night as street photography she happens to be standing inside, and Angelika knows the jazz rooms where the last set is the best one. Much of the night shift sits in the aged 22 to 25 bracket, with the stamina that implies. Tell the thread which register you want, elegant and low lit or loud until late, and the suggestion will match it.
Section 05
The sensible lines.
Pace the drinks; she will match the evening you set, and good company outlasts a heavy round every time. Settle the practicalities early, doors, coats, the taxi app on your phone, so the night never has to stop and administrate itself. Taxis at three in the morning are a solved problem in this city; standing in the right doorway while the app works is a skill she brings.
And if the plan changes at midnight, the thread is awake: extending the booking takes one message, quoted and agreed between songs.
Section 06
Morning, itemised.
What remains of a night out, in our system, is nothing: no route, no venues, no timestamps, and no photographs, since companions never appear in yours and never take their own. What remains for you is a city that looked its best and company that kept up with it. The booking thread will still be there at noon, unbothered, holding no memory of the hour you finally slept. If the night earned a repeat, name her again next trip; the request itself is the only record there will ever be.

Q01What time do nights out usually start?
Ten is common and midnight is not rare; the city's own rhythm peaks later than most guests expect. She arrives at whatever hour you name, on the standard city notice of about sixty minutes.
Q02Can she suggest the venues?
Yes, and it is half the value of the format. Tell her the mood, jazz, dancing, quiet and candlelit, loud and late, and let her route it. Reservations where needed stay in your name, as always.
Q03What if I want to end earlier than booked?
Then the evening ends; you are never obliged to use every quoted hour. Say goodnight whenever it suits, and the arrangement closes as agreed, with nothing renegotiated at the kerb.
Q04Do bars and clubs notice anything?
They notice a well-dressed pair having a better night than most of the room. Companions on this page are regulars of the city's nightlife in their own right; nothing about the two of you reads as anything but two people out late.
Q05Do I need the whole route planned in advance?
No. One starting point is enough, and the night can improvise from there; that is rather the point of the format. If a particular venue matters to you, book it in your own name and give the thread the time.
